All our boot camp programs
are tailored to the particular fitness needs of each
camp participant. Whether you start with the ability
to do 1 or 100 push ups, we will work with you to make
sure you are challenged just enough to make you more
fit and healthier than ever before.

What’s A
Typical Day at T.O.R. Boot Camp
At T.O.R Fitness Boot Camp
there really is no such a thing as a typical day. Each
day is different; so you never have to worry about being
bored.
Here is a general idea
of a day. We will rendezvous at our designated meeting
point (typically in Irvine or Tustin). And begin by stretching
out our morning kinks. After that you will find yourself
in the midst of the most invigorating and fun exercises
of your life. Many of which may include the following:
- Jump Squats
- Bounding
- Stair climbing
- Running
- Crunching
- Pulling [pull
ups]
- Pushing [push
ups]
- Dipping
- Lunging
- Playing wacky
kids games that will test your strength & cardiorespiratory
ability
- Squatting
- Competing in fun
yet calorie burning relay races
- Attempting obstacle/challenge
courses
- Jump roping etc…
Each day is like a fitness
mystery tour as you never know what we are going to do
next. Our main focuses include:
- core strength
- heart rate-based cardiorespiratory conditioning
- improving muscle tone & definition
(shedding ‘love handles’, shaping the butt)
- muscular strength, endurance and explosive
power (both lower & upper body)
- balance and stability
In short, we are look for
full body functional fitness and conditioning. The type
of conditioning that will have you look and feel healthy
and give you confidence in any endeavor or sport. By
camp’s end, not only will you be fitter, stronger,
and have more ENERGY & SPIRIT, but you will have
gained the skills necessary to establish and maintain
a routine to keep you going.
